Liked: it was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I haven't seen a "hotel" with rooms down the hall since I stayed in a cheap hotel in Africa years ago. Is this legal? Especially in COVID? One bathroom for 7 rooms (up to 14 people!)????!!!! If there is more than one they didn't point that out at checkin and there was no one to ask at 6:30 am

Liked: Located right next to U of Saskatchewan, but extremely inexpensive. You'll share a bathroom but the entire place is very pleasant. Fast wifi, excellent sitting room, kitchen available - all as clean as one would ever want. Superb location, even if you are not going to something at USask.
Disliked: The room was a little too warm.
