Liked: Spacious, well-appointed room. Comfortable bed. Huge bathroom with double sink and modern facilities. Gracious public areas featuring several quiet nooks (indoors, as well as outdoors on the wide porch) for conversation. Gourmet breakfast, cooked to order, with numerous choices from healthy to indulgent. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Great wines and craft beers. Handsome, historic building, thoroughly updated, that gives you the feeling of staying in a 19th-century industrial baron's mansion. Gorgeous mountain views.

Great atmosphere, food & drinks!...

Liked: Beautiful setting, lovely rooms & common areas. Lounge is wonderful, fantastic drinks by Greg, the Dining room is very nice.Food is fantastic. Wonderful breakfast, David our server is a treasure. Two beautiful deer on the lawn in the morning at breakfast.
Disliked: Thermostat in room apparently wasn’t working as the temperature kept increasing until it was 78 degrees in the room by morning. No mater what we tried nothing changed the thermostat. It was HOT so we didn’t get much sleep at all. The hallway upstairs was very warm too!
