Liked: We loved the quiet coffee station every morning. You cannot beat the location and the staff are incredibly hospitable.
Disliked: My husband broke his toe on the leg of the bed. It was positioned in a tricky spot as you leave the washroom. Dangerous when you are half asleep.

It was a neat experience

Liked: It’s a super cute old fancy hotel. Room smelled old but was very nice. The elevator was a trip to the past. It was a neat experience.
Disliked: They should have a bell boy that meets you at the bottom of the stairs outside to take your bags to your room.

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable. Enjoyed being in an historic building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the relaxing nature of the tea/coffee room.
Disliked: Nothing to say here.

This was a quirky different...

Liked: Reading room, good food and comfortable room
Disliked: Functions on 4 of our 5 nights for members so felt a bit out of place and had to either eat out or sit in small area off reading room. however having spoken to the Manager things improved last two days. Vermin running round reading room in evenings. We were assured it was being dealt with but still there when we left
