Liked: Beautiful and convenient
Disliked: My billing got messed up due to someone linking my information to the wrong room. Once I called to get everything fixed the staff were very nice and fixed it right away.

Short stay, but very nice...

Liked: Breakfast was convenient and good ,the 24 hr. coffee bar was excellent and the brand of coffee ( Lavazza ) is great.
Disliked: Elevator was out of service ,and we need to go out of building and take another entrance than another elevator to get to our room.

Liked: Location & facilities. Good coffee machine! Also liked the free bicycle access but didn’t know about it until the last day…front desk staff did not mention it :-(
Disliked: Front desk staff was below par for cost of rooms. I travel a lot and, aside from Jake who went above and beyond, the rest of the staff was not engaged. While not rude, they just seemed disengaged from the customer. Recommend reminding them, we’re the reason they have a job there.
