Liked: Close to the oprey but we missed the shuttle ava had to drive

Disliked: The room was fine but, it opened on the outside. The room had too much noise from the street. I prefer an interior room. I was unaware the hotel had rooms which opened on the outside. I should have been given a choice for an interior room.

Would not stay there again.

Liked: It was very misleading. Thought it was the Opreyland hotel instead of the Inn
Disliked: For the price I paid I would expect it to have complimentary coffee like almost every hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Liked: all areas were clean and well maintained and comfortable
Disliked: hot tube and workout room

I would stay there again...

Liked: The room was quiet given its location.
Disliked: Bathroom is very tight and there’s only one elevator on the property.

Liked: The disappointment here was the A/C in our room was making a terrible noise the second and final night. When it kicked on it sounded like an old diesel engine sputtering. This woke us at about 1 am. The next morning reported it to the front desk where Andrew seemed to question the validity and my honesty. Finally, he says he can’t do any type of refund as we booked through Booking.com but can provide 10,000 Bonvoy points. He told me 10,000 points is the equivalent of “almost a full night stay”. No, after I left I checked how many points for a nights stay, 50,000+! Why lie Andrew? This ruined what I thought was a nice stay up to that point. Facilities and location -great. Customer service - zero!
