Liked: The suite was very clean and comfortable. We did appreciate having water, soda, tea and coffee in our suite, along with a Keurig. It was also very quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast. It is also not accessible for those with limited mobility and other disabilities. I had to carefully guide my elderly mother up and down the stone steps along the pathway to get to our room. It was a bit stressful as a fall would have been devastating.

Liked: Very rude guy at front desk.
Disliked: Our room even though very nice, was way in the back with a mulch pile and all the maintenance facilities buildings and a big pile of dirt. The piece of so-called lawn in front of the room was just dark dirt with zero landscaping. Very disappointing outside compared to other cottages.

This Inn seems to have...

Liked: I like the location of the Inn and the atmosphere in the Spa.
Disliked: I stayed here 2 years ago and had a far better experience than this time. The place seems to be much more run down and with far fewer guests than last time around. Our cottage (which was quite expensive for one night) was cute, but the furniture was aging, the decor was dated, one of the windows wouldn't close, and I saw a large bug in my bedroom. The Spa personnel were definitely not up to par with a spa experience that charges the same prices I pay in Washington DC and it generally seemed under-staffed.
