The Inn At Lock Seven

Convenient location if visiting Niagara...

Liked: The location was perfect. Watching the ships go through the Loch was amazing. Staff were excellent. It was super quiet.
Disliked: No hair dryer in the bathroom, beds were super firm and the AC was located in area that prevented it from cooling the entire room.

Liked: The view of the locks
Disliked: None of the windows open to get fresh air. Had screens but nothing opened. It was a perfect evening to have the windows open. The air conditioner was loud. The beds were very hard.

Good place to visit Niagara...

Liked: Close to Niagara Falls but not in the city center
Disliked: No laundry, no breakfast, no pool , a bit too expansive

The Inn at Lock Seven...

Liked: This hotel is perfectly located above Lock 7 and provides an excellent view of the ships traversing the Lock. The town of Thorold was close by and easy to get to for dinner and shopping.
Disliked: The air conditioner worked to cool the room but was very loud.

Excellent spot to get away...

Liked: Excellent location to watch the ships go by. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: A/C struggled to keep the room cool, but it was a heat wave so this was understandable. Entry corridor smelled a little like urine.

Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t cool the entire unit
