Liked: The breakfast was good. Loved the breakfast room. It was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: I had trouble with the lids for the coffee. Seriously that’s all I could complain about and it was probably my fault.

Liked: Very convenient location to family members in the area. Extremely clean and beautiful with large rooms. Continental breakfast had lots of choices and was well stocked. The kitchen staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Staff tried to double charge my account stating that I had not paid through Booking.com. I showed them all emails confirming the reservation and payment, as well as my virtual bank statement from my checking account. Not a good start to the visit after driving over 10 hours. Also, the hotel is being remodeled. Workers started hammering and such before 7 am. This construction was not advertised in advance nor discussed at check-in. ATM on site was also out of service and no ice machine was available. I needed to find a staff member each day for ice from the kitchen area.

Liked: The hallways were wide and the room was generous in size.
Disliked: The curtains in the room are sheer. We had harsh street lights from the parking lot piercing through our room- in the wee hours of the morning we dropped the bedspread over the curtain rod as best as we could and propped chairs to bunch the curtain up to try and block the light. Still, I had a cumulative hour of sleep all night. It was horrible. Breakfast was terrible- we went to a Starbucks down the road. There is also a Panera, less than a mile. Another guest family went there.

Very clean, comfy and friendly

Liked: Breakfast had everything and the room was big. Our room was huge and very clean. There are cookies and coffee available all day and night and the desk guy who checked us in was so friendly and recommended a great place for dinner.
