The Inn at Hershey Farm

Hotel was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Good experience for a low price.

Disliked: Restaurant was not open.

Liked: Clean, friendly, next to Sight & Sound and local attractions . Very nice resort offering shopping, pool, and nice dining options.

Lovely place , rather expensive...

Liked: Property was in a lovely setting and the staff vey friendly .
Disliked: The room was not what I expected from the picture posted on line .Rather old and the bathroom door which was shown as a barn door in pictures was very old and needed replacing .Was not aware that all facilities eg restaurant was closed at 2pm on Sunday and also everything closed on a Monday with a breakfast that was not a full breakfast .Also no grab and go breakfast for Sunday as we had an early tour so really disappointed

Liked: Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Bed and pillow VERY comfortable. Had a great one night stay.
Disliked: Quite expensive compared to other local hotels and last Oct I paid significantly less than this year.

Great location in Lancaster

Liked: The location of the resort was perfect to walk to sight and sound theater. It is also in close proximity to many of the sights around the community. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The little shops and cafe 23 was a great choice for a lunch or light dinner.
Disliked: The view of the room was through a smaller window to the parking lot. That was very disappointing since I thought I paid for an upgrade to have a better view.The room was okay but was not really clean as it was stated in other reviews that helped to make my decision to book at Hershey resort.

Liked: Proximity to my plans.
Disliked: The room had a bad smell in bathroom, air conditioning unit in wall was so loud we could not sleep. Left a day earlier do to these situations. I asked the day of arrival to please change my room. There response was “ No rooms available and that I had booked threw a third party” Was told next time to book threw there web site. That did not sit well with my husband and I. So that’s why I am giving them this type of review.
