Everything was very nice except...

Liked: Very comfortable and nice size room.
Disliked: One of the gentleman at the front desk was very unfriendly. His name was James. He was not welcoming. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a copy of our receipt when we left and he said we would have to get it from booking.com. Then we contacted booking.com and they said to get it from the hotel, which I eventually did through messaging on Fox Hollows website. Also, before we checked in, I had called the hotel and asked if we could have guests over for breakfast. My son and daughter-in-law live a few minutes away, which is why we were staying at the Fox Hollow. I was told that there would be no charge for them for breakfast. I checked with James when we checked in and he told me there would be a $30 charge each. We decided not to have them come over for breakfast. I felt a little uncomfortable being told that after I was told they could come for breakfast a room can hold four people, and I thought I was paying for four people to stay in the room even though they were not. Other than that in the rainy weather it was very nice.

Liked: I did not wake up in time.
Disliked: Volpe was closed Sunday night.

It was nice overall.

Liked: The location is peaceful and quiet. The decor was nice. The food was good for the most part. The boiled eggs are served cold.
Disliked: The floors were sticky and not clean. This was especially in the bathroom and kitchen area. I could see spots on the bathroom floor. The bed was too soft and lumpy.

Liked: Rooms were large bright and very well appointed. Would stay here any time I visit this area.
