It was a positive stay...

Liked: The property was very clean, fresh and well maintained.
Disliked: Front desk staff was tied up on phone while I was trying to check out. It happens - but probably could have placed caller on hold as the call lasted more than five minutes. Staff was sincerely apologetic.
