Great location with excellent staff...

Liked: A great location for accessing central area of town. The room was warm and comfortable with good tea making facilities and toiletries provided. A wide choice for breakfast and attentive staff who were very helpful.
Disliked: The coach house room on ground floor was just a bit tired in places and needed a bit of attention in the bathroom where there was some water damage.Could do with a hairdryer in there as well.

Disliked: Property looked a little tired in places eg banister up to rooms had lots of chipped paint, Rooms were fully functional but again a bit of chipped paint here and there, some mis-matched furniture and fabrics. Checking in seemed dated/not electronic system and as such a few people were waiting in a small space. On arrival, all dirty linen and towels from previous occupants had been left in corner of our room. We moved these ourselves into housekeeping room on landing. These points did not detract from our stay, which we enjoyed. Just a few pointers for improvement.
