Overnight getaway to see a show. Stayed in Wilhelm room. Jaw dropping room decor; cozy spaces; comfy bed; spacious bathroom with amenities including bathrobes; sodas and waters provided; plus a filling breakfast with fresh fruit and fluffy waffles served in the morning. Owner wasn't snooty as one might think at an elegant place like this. Was totally cool when we asked him where we could smoke. We chose the ashtray behind the building, but there are chairs and a table out front on the porch with an ashtray. Owner friendly, welcoming, classy, and as cool as his residence.

Liked: The Inn was amazing! My wife and I love historic and unique architecture and this house was spectacular. High ceilings and spacious rooms with excellent craftsman woodworking and stained glass.

Splendid Property Bed & Breakfast

Liked: The mansion was beautiful and we were pleased with the amenities offered during our stay. Comfortable bedroom. The breakfast was elegant and so stylish. Most delicious. Mr. Dennis is a great host of this facility. Also this location was near the Santander Arena where we was going out for a concert.
Disliked: I don't have any negative comments, everything was fine.

Quick weekend getaway

Liked: The inn is stunning. Everything was perfect for our quick getaway weekend . Breakfast was delicious , the bed was comfortable, and I took advantage of the huge clawfoot tub for a nice long soak. Dennis was so nice, and we had great conversations with him during our stay. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again for a lovely weekend.

Liked: Dennis was delightful, accommodating & full of information. The home was lovely & we enjoyed all the vintage Christmas decorations! Our room was beautiful & we had a delicious breakfast. It was only a mile to the concert arena. I would highly recommend!

A Charming B&B

Liked: I loved the beautiful older house that was restored. The front desk and sitting room were dressed up for Christmas and elegant music could be heard in the background. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: I didn't know that much about the city of Reading, but the host was full of info. and recommended some places to visit.
