The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Liked: Great staff; very clean.

Liked: Staffs sare nice. The location is good for me. The wifi service was really good.
Disliked: The window in my room was broken so that I can heard the noise from the street even though I was at the top floor. Since the room was at the top floor, I can also heard the noise from the roof . The plugs are loose so some of that wasn't work well.

Disliked: *Parking: $38 per 24 hrs (charged us $25 for the 1 night we used it). Shower: hot water scalds, knob confusing, closed drain behind me as I faced "controls"; plumber angry, unhelpful *Breakfast: over-priced at $12.50 *Charge not stated upfront

Liked: This hotel is in a great location, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Harvard Street. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is renovating and should be nicer next year sometime. But probably more expensive, too.
Disliked: The basic rooms have no windows and there is minimal lighting in the room so it was hard to see what was in the closet, especially, or to read. Our room had noisy air conditioning/heating that we couldn't turn off. Parking is expensive ($38/night).

Liked: 9 minute drive to Fenway.
Disliked: This hotel is literally in SHAMBLES. Do not recommend. Pool and hot tub do not work, hotel breakfast is worse than McDonalds. Spend an extra 30 to 50 bucks and get a room elsewhere. Not worth it !
