Disliked: I booked a room with two beds, but did not realize one of those beds was a twin-size pull-out couch in a room that was split so two people must be separated by a hallway and can't chat or watch TV at the same time. Kind of odd layout. Was frustrated because I searched specifically for a room with two beds, and would not have booked here if I had known the set up of the room.

Exceptional

Liked: This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and this is now our go-to place in Astoria. The rooms are small but there are plenty of facilities here to take advantage of, such as a communal fridge and kitchenette, plus a large sitting area with tables and board games. Everything in downtown Astoria is within easy walking distance. And with room prices in Astoria as high as they are now, this place is a real bargain. We will be staying again!

Good place to sleep and...

Liked: The location is definitely the best part about this place -- it is easily accessible to all of downtown and we didn't have to get in our car for anything other than driving to the beach.
Disliked: Our room was tiny - no bigger than a closet, the TV didn't work, and we were located next to a common room where people were very loud early in the morning.

Excellent location and price!

Liked: Unique experience, almost like a dorm or maybe a European vibe. The location was perfect for walking around the downtown area! The room was small but didn’t lack amenities. The bathroom was quite large.
Disliked: The shower head was quite low, probably due to the room being wheelchair accessible.

Liked: The room and location we're good.
Disliked: The price after having time to look around wasn't all that great. Stayed at the Lloyd the next day and paid the same, but got breakfast, use of a hot tub and a sauna...and bigger bed. Also took way to long to get our confirmtion code, which wasn't a huge deal but did put us behind on our plans for the night.
