ANGELA turned our vacation around

Liked: * Customer service 100% thank you Angela* Room was clean, smelled fresh* Had a couch, it was comfy* TV was in working order* Pool was open till 1am & clean* Jacuzzi was open & working* Lots of parking* Close to downtown, restaurants, stores,Toucans & Boozehounds next door* Water pressure was amazing* If we needed anything they brought it within minutes
Disliked: * Poolside snack bar still wasn't open, hopefully they will open it back up* Rooms could use an upgrade but they were comfy as they were* Would love to hear music playing while at the pool

Liked: Parking on site was easy & complimentary.
Disliked: As soon as we arrived the pool was occupied with about 100 men in thongs !Pool was filthy , water was green I didn’t get to enjoy the POOL there were cans of beer floating in the pool , room was not comfortable no light , no mirror ! Only mirror was the one in the restroom lighting was awful! Restroom door had hole on it ! Too dark in that bedroom .
