Liked: Great place! We arrived on bicycles and this place couldn’t be better! A bike room with tools which we used, a laundry, a bar and a restaurant … and great people
Disliked: Nothing at all - it was great

Perfect little weekend getaway!

Liked: The location is perfect, especially if you planning on attending events at the Park. Great breakfast in the morning too! Little Saturday market, everything in walking distance.

Excellent hotel in a nice...

Liked: We really loved this hotel and the town of Independence. This was by far the best hotel experience we've had in quite a while and we stay in a lot of hotels. Nathan at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and engaging. The location of the hotel on the river and a short 2 blocks from restaurants was great. We enjoyed taking a drink up to the rooftop each evening and the very large and very hot, hot tub. The room had everything we needed, plenty of light, enough chairs, a comfortable bed, good water pressure, a make-up mirror and much more that is often lacking in hotels. We liked our stay so much that we are planning to go back in a couple of months. The town has good restaurants and the people were very friendly.
Disliked: The bar could stay open a little later, but really there were no issues at all.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Need to check shower amenities and lightbulbs in lamps. Pillow had ink mark . Wall by bed needed to be wiped down , soiled. Finishing touches like paper towels or a dish towel would have helped. Tv instructions would be helpful. Balcony needed to be wiped down , spider webs.
