Very good

Beautiful venue in a good...

Liked: Location was convenient. Very attractive decor and atmosphere.
Disliked: They were a couple of things in the room that needed attention. Which staff did once requested. We did request robes specifically as we were preparing for a wedding. We were told they were all dirty and some could be washed and delivered for the next day. This never occurred we never received robes.

They let dogs stay in...

Liked: The decor , the staff, the size of the rooms , the food, the generosity of the hotel complimentary breaky pastries and coffee .

Small but stylish hotel in...

Liked: Spacious room, with nice decor.
Disliked: Bar, check in and restaurant are all the same desk.

The hotel is well situated...

Liked: The hotel and room were very well appointed and decorated. Location adjacent to the city was good although 10-20 minute walk to most attractions.
Disliked: The hotel offers below stardard food and meals options. Breakfast was eat out as.only coffee and a small pastry was available. On Sunday morning no nearby cafes were open and no food or drinks were available at the hotel throughout the day. Other days room service was apparently available for dinner. The bar was also open at 5.00pm with light meals available.

Comfortable, boutique style hotel, welcoming...

Liked: Convenient location, great bar and coffee. Rooms are very comfortable and contemporary feel. Stayed a few times, upgrade on this visit with desserts and welcome note… nice touch and appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing always great experience.

Great little historic hotel in...

Liked: The hotel is in a historic building and the restaurant serves good food. I enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Service was polite but food took a long time to arrive.
Disliked: The bed in our room was very floppy and uncomfortable, could do with a new mattress and pillows. Lighting in the bathroom was very bright which took away the ambiance of the room.

Can’t wait to stay again

Liked: The fact they accepted my booking after being advised that l.woukdnt arrive until approximately midnight.
Disliked: That when l arrived they told me the hotel was booked solid and could not accept my reservation even after being provided with the emailed booking confirmation. At now 1am I had next to zero chance of finding another hotel and the Inchcolm ensured that was the case when they offered no assistance for me to do so. The night manager suggested a backpacker hostel with a 24 hour desk. After an hour of looking online and several phone calls to hotels, l slept in my car in a public tower carpark at the rear of the hotel property.
