Liked: I've stayed here a handful of times & its hands down my most favourite hotel anywhere! The staff are amazing, the rooms are stunning, comfortable & private. Beautiful beds so comfortable & those little touches like barista coffee & pastries & fruit complimentary...just always such an easy & welcoming atmosphere
Disliked: Nothing. It's my favouriteAnd everyone I've taken there, agrees.It's just a really, really special boutique hotel

Liked: It is a beautiful building with lots of character. Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The complimentary Danish pastry and coffee in the morning were welcome.
Disliked: The room was very tired, but that could have been overlooked if the basics of the stay were up to standard. Unfortunately, the mattress sagged badly in the middle and clearly needs replacing. The bathroom was not clean enough — the floor was dirty, and there was no toilet paper, so we had to call reception to have some brought up to the room.
