Pleasant

Liked: The ocean view and also breakfast was good value
Disliked: We had a room at ground level the room was very old and tired with paint chips and old furniture. No air con or fan in the room didn't want to risk leaving double doors open for ventilation on ground level.

Was ok but could have...

Liked: This was an annual girls trip (over 40's) and we booked this hotel for location and the fact it had and outdoor pool overlooking the sea. When we arrived, we were told the pool was closed and only open in season which apparently is July and August! When did June not become summer? Especially as we have been having heat waves for the last few years. This is on the website BUT IN VERY SMALL PRINT which was missed by 10 people! We had to go the beach which was packed and stit on hard floors. Not cool and really disappointed as this was the main reason of the booking. the food was fabulous and staff were great.
Disliked: I do think management need to rethink about the outdoor pool being closed in June. It is summer and it is warm. Because of this, we would not return to this hotel as this was a main preference.

Back after 6 six years...

Liked: Upgraded to a suite from a poor quality sea-view room. After complaining that we were being put in the smallest room we were given a suite by the duty manager who was very helpful.
Disliked: No access to balconies and this made the room extremely hot. Room was a little dirty but got better.

Liked: Lovely location, awful stay
Disliked: Had to be moved from the king size room to a double bed as it was all that was available. Awful stay for an anniversary treat
