Overall a very nice experience...

Liked: The room had an amazing view, was clean and comfy. All the staff were very friendly which made the experience great. The room service was very good as well.
Disliked: The outdoors swimming pool was closed and the building could do with some updating. I would recommend having more detailed menu as I was surprised to find pancetta in my fish (do not eat meat).

Liked: The room was spacious, but we did pay a lot for this luxury. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.Lots of choices for breakfast.
Disliked: £5voucher to forgo daily cleaning service was no much of an incentive.There were no plugs near the bed. I have sleep apnea and have to sleep with a machine, so we always take an extension cable with us, as we have been caught out before.The balcony could have done with a small table to put drinks etc on, instead of the floor.1st night there we had a bar meal of fish and chips and was awful. We decided to have a meal in the restaurant on our final night and I thought the price for two courses was expensive for what you got. The mail meal was tasty, but the desserts were dismal. My husband had stick toffee pudding and ice cream. There was one small scoop of ice cream, which was poor. I had the custard tart.it was more tart than custard and as they sa in bake-off it had a soggy bottom. I did not eat this. The waitress did offer me another dessert, but by then I had had enough.

Went to celebrate a friends...

Liked: Lovely sea views from our delux room. Comfortable lounge area. Friendly staff. Food tasty.
Disliked: Glass on balcony not cleaned but May have been difficult to reach.

Disliked: Not enough information was given to us at check-in.Asked to have two cream teas sent to room and receptionist wasn’t sure if we could or how to order so was told to go to bar and ask.
