Nice location

Liked: Great location
Disliked: No elevator / lift so access to room past set of stairs with luggage is tricky, specially if you have elderly group members

Very good

Liked: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the assortments offered in the room, such as tea, coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was delicious. Location is convenient as it is around 30 seconds from the main street.

Horrendous but good location!

Liked: The location is great and the fact that it has free parking
Disliked: Everything else! Very outdated decor immediately puts you off. No lift available and had no rooms on ground level. No shampoo or hair conditioner let alone any feminine products. The window we had led to a shaft with noise and cluttering at all times so we had to close it. The room was very stuffy, no air conditioning available so it was so hot even though heating was off. The free breakfast was honestly off putting- cold breakfast with an option of warm “english breakfast” which I wouldn’t even eat it if you paid me. To top it all off, we had a very small bed- we booked a double bed for a couple and it was barely a one and a half. We fit on it as we are both petite, if we had to be large persons I don’t understand how they would fit. Very uncomfortable stay and even though it was one night only, I think I could have slept in the car for better comfort and much less price wise as one night here cost us 150 pounds!!!
