Superb holiday with our family...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Being able to order your eggs is a big bonus.
Disliked: We were allocated a room as a superior with sea view. The room we were given did not come close to matching that description. Fortunately our son and daughter in law agreed to swap their room which also a superior with sea view. Their room 212 is the best room we have stayed at the Imperial. In fairness to you we were refunded the difference for the room we were originally allocated as the reception agreed it did not come upto the standard of a superior seaview room. Thankyou for that.

Liked: Location excellent v v clean excellent value for money
Disliked: Dog friendly BUT no waste bins anywhere and had to breakfast in a room that was a disused function room with no cutlery table setting very second class and we were in fact closer to food than if they had allowed clients with dogs to sit at far end of the breakfast room

Disliked: Wanting to stay longer

Superb location, needs money spent...

Liked: Fantastic location , right on the sea front and close to beach and town
Disliked: Rooms really need attention, painting, fixing and updating, exterior needs a coat of paint Rooms were ok although not thoroughly cleaned , thick dust on skirting and bathroom radiators

Exmouth is lovely.

Liked: The view. Car park , near the beach.
Disliked: The place is really tired. Room service was not on the 2 days we were there. No iron, expensive for what it is. £336 for two nights. I knew this of course when I booked but the pictures looked better.
