We had a Wonderful Stay...

Liked: The Hotel is absolutely beautiful in its design the Dining Room is exceptional and very elegant. We had sea facing rooms and they were excellent. The Bar and Lounge area is comfortable and very clean.
Disliked: Although the radiator didn’t work the staff kindly got a portable heater for me.

Great location & overall good...

Liked: The reception staff are super friendly & I felt very well looked after. The breakfast buffet was good although they ran out of items quickly but the chef worked hard to keep the supply going.
Disliked: The restaurant was understaffed & there was just one person trying to look after the arriving guests & manage off buffet egg & vegetarian orders etc. She was doing her best to keep up with everyone but more staff would have been helpful to her & guests.
