Disliked: The stairs, no lift but clean and fresh and the bar was poorly stocked

CENTRAL. DIRTY BATHROOM POOR STAFF

Liked: Very central to town. Piece hall and theatre
Disliked: Dirty bath. Mould on ceiling, bath. No plug. Plenty of residue. Only one member of staff doing check in and check outs and doing breakfast. No cappachino or hot chocolate from machine. Couldn’t do me a omelette for breakfast.

Disliked: All good except out tap was broken tap needed mending very loose shower mixer didn't work properly just needed some tlc that's all but for price was great clean and would stay again

Imperial Crown overnight stay.

Liked: The hotel is close to the Piece hall,shops and theatre.
Disliked: No lift, but the staff did change our room to one on the 1st floor.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to train station and accessibility to where I needed to be.Breakfast was simple but was satisfactory.
Disliked: Very dated, rooms basic- no food on site in the evenings. I was woken by loud pipe noises and when reported to reception was told that they had experienced the same recently when sleeping over on a double shift and dismissed my complaint.
