Convenient location, helpful staff and...
Liked: Hotel was nice and comfortable. Good location, close to old town and main train station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super helpful and polite, eager to accommodate requests within reason. Although just for one night there, the overall experience was very good and when again in Prague I would rebook with them.

Good location / no comfort
Liked: Friendly staff and nice location.
Disliked: Noisy, terrible aircon and uncomfortable bed and pillows. We spend 2 nights without sleeping well.

Great place to rest after...
Liked: Very well located, we did everything by foot. We also got some massages at the spa hotel that were great, and the staff is friendly. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Nice option for Prague.
Liked: Comfortable room with enough space. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Walkable from train station, but be careful if you have much luggage, due to hill and cobblestones. Public transit is free for seniors, and connections are close.
Disliked: A little far from attractions if you have mobility issues. Public transit is a little hard to decipher. Hotel had a problem with AC malfunction, but provided us with an acceptable alternative.

Central and lovely
Liked: In general, it is a lovely little hotel at the heart of Prague. The Staff was very poliet and friendly and the react to your messages almost instantly. Breakfast was good. Without asking, they offered a refund for the Shuttle Service as our aircondition was broken.
Disliked: We booked 5 Rooms, in our Room, the 2 Beds where super small. Aircondition did not work in some of the Rooms. We asked for a solution for the second night, but nothing changed in our Room at least. Opening a Window was necessary, but the Room was on the side of the main street, so until 6am you can hear every drunken guy anouncing they are leaving the Pub now, which made sleeping difficult. As mentioned above, the Hotel offered us a free Airport ride in return. At the bottom line, I can absolutely recommend the Hotel, I think we were just a bit out of lock at this day.
