How unprofessional!

Liked: That there was a step out balcony. The pool was great but the hot jetted pool was the best.
Disliked: The fact that the hotel advertised a spa and this is 95% of why I booked. To my dismay even though advertised hours from 8am to 8pm that wasn't so. I called for services for Saturday, Found out it was an outside company. All they had were 2 time slots available. They couldn't even do a couples massage because they lacked the staff she stated. The young lady finally said I might have someone to do your couples massage at 6pm. She said let me call you back. Well, I never received that call.

Disliked: Rooms need to be update, pool water a little cold, parking is not close to the hotel.
