Great location but very poor...

Liked: Location is excellent. The breakfast was good although expensive.
Disliked: Extremely expensive for a motel room. Not the best for accessibility and not baby friendly at all. Room was very small with no aircon and only one small fan. We had asked for a cot months ago and they had forgotten (and claimed I had never asked for it). There was no fridge. The ramp to access the reception was almost 90 degrees.

Disliked: No aircon as expected, most hotels in Copenhagen. But the location is perfect.

Perfect stay, perfect location, convenient...

Liked: The location was perfect, everything was walking distance! The room was big enough for 2 person and very clean. Also the reception is super friendly and nice :) we had postcards for our family and they posted it for us. And when you enter the hotel, the reception is very welcoming and always smiling. And even tho it’s in city centre, surroundings of hotel is very quite and peaceful.
Disliked: Only the pillows were to soft, which made our necks hurt after sleeping.
