Best staff ever. Lovely facility....

Liked: Breakfast was very good but we only stayed for breakfast one morning.
Disliked: Cost was a little high

Not bad per se, but...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Borderline obnoxious noise level in the lounge. 2 of the staff were working at the same table in the lounge and you could hear them 3 floors up. Within the lounge you couldn't hear your own thoughts. At one point the staff was sitting at exact opposite corners of the room and shouting across talking to each other... for hours.

Good value for a centrally...

Liked: Convenient central location. Staff helpful. Comfortable room and great shower. Very pleasant lounge area for making drinks and relaxing in with teas and coffees available all day.
Disliked: Our room smelt stale when we arrived - it needed a good airing from previous guests. The windows don't open, but the air conditioning helped eventually. A bit more attention to cleaning round the edges and corners of the room needed.

Liked: Location was great, the room was interesting ( top floor corner shower).
Disliked: The breakfast was a little clumsy, show up at the appointed time, no tables clean, or cleaned. Next time I'd get breakfast elsewhere for a lot less.

Disliked: We booked a large deluxe room which we paid 303 euros for per night. The actual price on their website is actually 175 euros to 200 euros!!!On top of that they put us in a tiny room which was more like the ‘cosy room’.The towels were tiny, the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay with the bed left unmade up and towels damp in the sink.There were no bathrobes or any comfort.They said they would pay the difference but for the two night we stayed the compensated with 75 euros.We will never stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing major but if I had to pick, maybe a second key card.
