Liked: Location is excellent and a definite strength. The welcome from the team was great. The room was a good size.
Disliked: The lack of a fridge is a shame. The towel hooks don't really work. Both very minor in the scheme of things

Lovely room in a very...

Liked: The location was perfect - in the heart of town (very near the Dom) but only a short walk from the central station. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly offered me an upgraded room at no extra charge
Disliked: The breakfast, which I ordered on the second day of my stay was fine, but I found something similar the previous day at a local cafe which was a little better and a little cheaper.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great during my stay. The room was clean and quiet. The shower room looked a bit old-fashioned but was actually very efficient and easy to use. I also enjoyed the Marshall speaker in the room which made the experience even better.The location was good. You can find the entrance easily on a lovely street with many charming shops.
