Great value for money, and...

Liked: The ambiance was really good, the lobby and restaurant was always busy and lively. The rooms are clean, and the view is great. The hotel is walking distance from Westfield and the tube stations.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit small, couldn’t keep both suitcases open in the rooms. You have to ask for housekeeping, and quite often it would be too early in the morning. Didn’t find the streets opposite very safe at night.

Liked: Modern design of hotel but still very cosy. Great interior design of the lobby / restaurant and rooms.Super comfortable room. Nice touch of bespoke details with hotel logo.Very good location - tube / bus stop near by.Very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like the restaurant. Food was not good and to spicy. Drinks were also not good.Staff have offered me complimentary dessert. This type of american style restaurant is not the best choice for this location.Smell in corridors to be improved.Please change it and it will be 10* hotel.
