Very good

Liked: Nice clean rooms. The beds were amazing. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff, especially Sonja (I believe her name was) our waiter at the roof top restaurant Tope. She took very good care of us and told us about nice places to visit.We relly liked the quesadilla and rockfish tacos at the restaurant and the churro bites were amazing.Very nice to lounge in the lobby area and have coffee from the in-house coffee shop.Close distance to the water front which is nice for walks, the saturday market and all kinds of stores for shopping and close but not too close to the train that can take you to Cascades station shopping center or airport for example.
Disliked: The immediate area is not so great, visible drug use. But that being said we never felt unsafe. There is always someone stationed at the door/lobby.

Well looked after.

Liked: Very cool vibe. Staff super helpful with luggage storage. Nice coffee shop.
Disliked: Area didn’t feel safe….although many nice pubs a short walk away.

The main lobby area was...

Liked: The staff especially Jacob was amazing.
Disliked: But they said I could ask for snacks but they were out of inventory when I asked. My room was not cleaned on day two thought I had the sign. I had to mention it to reception. On day 3 when my room was cleaned the floors weren't vacuumed nor was the bathroom cleaned thoroughly. I asked for bath mats twice but it wasn't left in my room. There was staining in the water closet. Also the room was smaller than I thought and the window shade pull was in an inconvenient location

Great Experience! Great Hotel!!

Liked: The roof top bar was awesome! We had a beautiful view and cocktails. The room way nice and cozy with a city view.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.. It’s downtown
