Exceptionally kind and charming staff

Liked: Our recent stay at this hotel came with a few downsides, as the property is currently undergoing renovations, and some of the facilities weren’t up to par. That said, what truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional staff — they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay.A special shoutout goes to Ashwin, the reception manager, who is truly a gem. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication stood out. He did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks to his efforts, our overall trip was amazing despite the shortcomings of the hotel itself.The hotel should feel incredibly lucky to have someone like Ashwin on their team. I sincerely hope he climbs to senior management positions — the industry needs more people like him: professional, caring, and deeply human.All in all, while the hotel has room for improvement, it does offer good value for money, and the wonderful service — especially from Ashwin and the rest of the lovely staff — more than made up for the flaws. Thank you for making our trip special!
