Great hotel in a nice...

Liked: Lovely rooms and decor. Very clean. The bed and pillow are so comfortable! Everything was great.
Disliked: Although the food was great, the restaurant is a bit overpriced for the doses served.

Liked: Great location, very clean, very comfortable
Disliked: Staff were lovely, however they over explained the deposit process making it far more confusing. On checkout, it first sounded as though we had to pay again for the stay, when they just meant that the transaction would clear on their side now.Would have been easier to just say the deposit will be returned on check out rather than bringing up how their system works for charging as it sounds like a second charge. This happened with 2 different staff members.

Comfortable stay in lively hotel

Liked: Great location. Clean, stylish , comfortable friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The focus on Alcohol consumption, with slogans on advertising material and other places ( like the mugs in the room)encouraging excessive drinking.

Coffee matter more then nice...

Liked: Amazing bed, great style, nice restaurant
Disliked: There was no coffee during my whole stay. Never heard of such a scenario at a hotel. Also, staff not very friendly, although quite fast.Nothing to do, especially since the restaurant does not work every day and not all day long.
