Cozy and welcoming atmosphere

Liked: Incredibly welcoming and cozy atmosphere and living exactly up to the expectations. The radio playing when entering my room, was such a nice touch and the complimentary coffee and tea selection also included real milk in the fridge - huge plus for me.Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Liked: Great location and nice clean rooms!
Disliked: Asked to arrange (paid) some celebratory champagne or wine on the room for a special occasion at arrival. They told me at the reception that nothing was possible… Kind of a disappointment since they serve every type of alcohol at the bar downstairs.

Quiet luxury

Liked: It was possible to change rooms after a constant noise was annoying me. The furniture and fixtures were high quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bar was cosy.
Disliked: My first room had a constant banging which it turns out was coming from a swinging kitchen door. But they were able to move me to another room.
