Welcoming and exclusive stay

Liked: Staff were fantastic, first time taking our young child abroad and they set up the room really well as well as supporting at breakfast too
Disliked: Menu was certainly for more ‘mature’ pallets - wouldn’t say a negative but to consider if just after a quick and easy snack.

Wonderful place to to stay...

Liked: Lovely hotel. Exactly as it looks in the pictures, beautifully designed with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We arrived early hoping to drop off our bags but were able to check in. The restaurant and outside area is beautiful and is helped by being next door to the botanical gardens. Also, there are bikes and scooters to hire just outside which are quick and easy to hop on to get to the centre of Brussels as otherwise its a 15/20 min walk. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay, would stay here...

Liked: Loved our stay at The Hoxton. We had to be in Brussels for a friend’s party. We had a lovely corner room and it all looked fresh and clean, no worn out furniture and room was in good condition. Air conditioning in the room is quiet and works. In the morning we had the full breakfast. We dropped out keycards in the letter box.Location of the hotel is not the most central, but central enough.We wanted to stay longer, bur we decided to drive back to Amsterdam, because it was raining cats and dogs.
Disliked: Things for improvement:- water pressure could be a bit higher- firmer pillows (but that is personal preference)- a bit more lighting in the bathroomThe space to turn and park the car in the public parking garage around the corner of the hotel is quite narrow. Note that the ground floor is only parking for electric cars. Non EVs park on levels -1 and -2, so immediately turn left once you entered the parking garage.
