Very good

Liked: beautiful panoramic windows. The room was clean and smelled nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately there is no extractor fan in the bathroom and in the room in general. The windows also do not open. a little bit of fresh air.

Liked: Very friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Beautiful decor and very stylish, comfortable room. Good choice of meals and drinks.
Disliked: The area local to the hotel.

Liked: Always like Hoxton’s interior, rooms were very clean nice view from high floor. Our check in and check out experience with reception was great, staffs were friendly.
Disliked: The service was attentive. I called front desk ask if there’s anywhere I can have my delivery food rather than inside of the room, the lady said she needs to consult her manager and then call me back, but then never called back. In the morning the cafe at the entrance just put up a plate says will be back in 20 minutes. So we went downstairs to the bigger bar standing their hoping to get some attention, stood there for 5 minutes staffs walking around did not want to even address that they were aware we were waiting. Very disappointed experience.
