Relaxing

Liked: Loved the Mediterranean style and the cool, clean aesthetic. Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the lobby. Use of kayaks and bicycles included in the resort fee. The Azura restaurant was great for breakfast.
Disliked: The pool bar and roof top bar is only open over the weekend, so we were unable to use either given our stay was during the week.

Hotel Zamora is a winner!

Liked: We loved the location, the amenities including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, pool towels, covered area of the pool, plenty of lounge chairs, wonderful restaurant and spacious rooms.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

Liked: Love this hotel in this location. Close to everything. The rooms are huge and beautiful. It has a high-end feel, with local friendly, laid-back staff.

Pretty but not as advertised

Liked: Room was modern and clean
Disliked: Rooftop bar advertised but it appears shut down. The pool area bar also unattended. Hot tub didn’t work. Poor response from manager on duty.

Some good, frustrating stay, Won’t...

Liked: The room was nice. The bar and restaurant and lobby were nice. We liked that bikes (in good shape) were available to ride for free. We liked that there was beach access and that they put chairs and an umbrella on the beach for us.
Disliked: We did not have any hot water in any of the 4 mornings there for showers. I reported it to the front desk and heard nothing afterward. The least they could have done would’ve been to let us know they followed up on it. Our toilet sprayed water so bad that we had to change rooms. There were signs everywhere saying there is a rooftop pool which there isn’t. How hard is it to remove those?
