Good

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Also had microwave options to take on the go, which were pretty good
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room and only one in the breakfast area which was always in use so the wait was long.. Not really anything to do besides the pool. Not a bunch of parking. Was here with a group and no place for us to gather as a group besides in everyone's way or in the room which is not made to house/entertain 8 people

quiet location

Liked: I picked this location several miles away from the conference as everyone said it was quiet. Indeed, other than one night when a family with a small child running around on the second floor constantly with elephant steps, it was quiet, even when it became busy for the weekend. I had asked for their quietest room and was placed at the very end of the building, I was surprised at how very quiet it was as it was closer to the interstate. There was plenty of hot water, until the weekend when we were all getting ready for the day.The front lobby serves as the breakfast area, which is along the right side as you enter, so a bit congested. Early in the week it was waffles, biscuits and gravy, apple juice and some premade items in the fridge to microwave. later in the week, there was cereal/oatmeal, english muffins, and even some apples and OJ joined the fridge. there was often a line to use the ONE microwave to heat all the items needing heating and since it was in the corner by the door, very congested. On one of the hot days I used the pool, it was nice. It took me a bit to figure out the mechanism to open the door or even to find it. Later on there were people in there with their dogs which I thought was odd and glad I wasn't using it after the dogs. There is one huge window which opens up completely! I really enjoyed leaving the door and window open as I was working on various things to let in the fresh cool air. the room has trouble with being stuffy and regulating to a cool enough temperature to sleep comfortably on hot days/nights.
Disliked: When I checked it it would have been helpful to be given the information about the wifi password, pool, ice machine, breakfast. I looked in the room for that information and could not find it finally callingI was here for a week to attend a long conference. The night stand next to the bed had congealed milkshake and food stuck to it as did the bed headboard. I asked at the front desk and the woman there asked if I wanted it cleaned and I said, "ugh, yes, it's why I asked for it to be cleaned." when i returned from the conference that evening, the room had been entered, lights and fans left on, nothing at all was cleaned, in fact a wash cloth I used and placed on the floor was laid over the shower rod in the middle of the curtain. odd, very odd.at that point I gave up, got cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. then put the do not disturb sign up. mid-way through the stay I asked for the sheets to be changed they were, but again, all the lights and fan were left off (it was 88 degrees out) so it sucked out any AC that was running and what a waste of energy. so back went the DND sign, the bed was changed and the dirty towels from my cleaning efforts removed. No microwave in the rooms. although a nice size fridge, so you must go up front to heat anything and then tote it back to your room. There's a nice rolling chair for the tiny desk/tv stand, however, don't try to walk behind the chair as it takes up the aisle space between bed and tv stand. after using it I would roll it toward the window. I try to imagine 4 people in these rooms and it would be extremely cramped. I liked that the sink was not IN the bathroom area, but there is little counter space or place to hang wet items. There is a Dog pee and poop area, my room was the second one from this area, it reeks. The concrete company who put in the extremely HIGH, and STEEP stairs should not have been paid.
