Overpriced stay at an old...

Liked: The location of the hotel is close to a free tram stop, making several attractions in Melbourne CBD easily accessible. The rooms we booked are spacious, and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: While the rooms are spacious, we did not find it to be functional. The room furniture are worn out and the floor carpet is a bit run-down.

Relaxing stay in a lovely...

Liked: Older style hotel in central Melbourne. Room was large, loved the walk in wardrobe/dressing room.Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely atmosphere and feel to the hotel with lots of original features.
Disliked: It is a little old, however this really is part of the charm of the hotel.
