This hotel suited our needs...

Liked: Large rooms, comfy beds, super quiet heating, no outside noise.Great location if going to the MCG.Lovely to be served breakfast rather than helping yourself at a buffet.Eggs cooked perfectly.Valet service excellent.
Disliked: Nothing. We will certainly stay here again.

The historic feel of the...

Liked: The historic feel of the hotel was very special, the service from staff was exceptional and very welcoming and the location was perfect, easy to get on the tram and close to gorgeous laneways and restaurants.
Disliked: The only thing that was an issue for us was the noisy air conditioner in the room that made it hard to sleep.
