Great room, friendly staff and...

Liked: Good sized room, shower had great pressure. All the staff were super friendly. Location made it easy to get around and to the MCG which was the main purpose of our stay.
Disliked: Bed was a little soft and the pillows were the types that disappeared to nothing when you put your head on it.

Disliked: Would have preferred blanket rather than hot quilt.

always wanted to stay there...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable bed, good location.good toiletries
Disliked: long wait to get booked in , dangerous step in shower, can't recharge phone near bed, silly little milk containers, restaurant too expensive, room was very , very expensive and didn't even include breakfast!!!!

Pleasing, we had a lovely...

Liked: We were impressed with everything. Lobed it!
Disliked: I asked for a roll out bed, an extra third bed and was charged extra but there was only two beds in our room. We made it work.
