When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in until 3:00 but the reservation said check-in was 1:00 p.m.

Liked: The room had a microwave and small fridge. It was close to SPAC.
Disliked: The pool was filthy and our room had ants all over the floor and under the bed.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Disliked: Outdated rooms. The roll away bed was AWFUL and so was the pull out coach. Springs were coming out and digging into my son’s back. They couldn’t provide us additional pillows

Liked: The lobby looks really nice. It has a bar and a nice pool. Breakfast was really good!
Disliked: The room wasn’t well cleaned.

Fabulous staff great service and...

Liked: We were extremely fortunate to find that hotel. The front desk Deanna welcomed us and accommodated to a suite last year when we were visiting Saratoga for this trip in June. Upon arrival we met David who is friendly and professional, then met extremely hard and helpful housekeeper’s manager Tammy who helped us with minor issues. Robin breakfast lady is very helpful and friendly hard working person. And of course last but not least we met this year again with Deanna who helped us to book another trip for 4 of July. Grateful to meet such wonderful people that made us welcome back and again. Great choice of choosing right staff. Thanks for great work! Alexander and Mila

Nice stay in Saratoga.

Liked: I haven't stayed in a. Choice Hotels accommodation in years. I was really happy with the hotel, its cleanliness, and the convenience of the room. The location is very good for proximity to downtown Saratoga.
Disliked: No problems at all.

Great place, especially if seeing...

Liked: We were in town for a concert. If you are planning on doing so, this is the place. They offer a shuttle service to SPAC so saves you the hassle of parking and there is a continental breakfast as well.
Disliked: Rooms are decent and basic. Our in room fridge was apparently turned up too high and froze some food/veggies we had. Be sure to check that. Room definitely had some wear and tear but was overall clean.

Overall good experience.

Liked: Location to downtown was a short drive. Our room was large and shower was great. Value was decent.
Disliked: Property was fine. Just didn’t like the room we stayed in by the back door. But it was 1 night so not a huge deal.

Liked: There was an issue with our room but they quickly rectified it and upgraded us. Beyond thankful as we were checking in VERY late and super tired.
