The Hotel Saratoga Ascend Hotel Collection

When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in until 3:00 but the reservation said check-in was 1:00 p.m.

Liked: The room had a microwave and small fridge. It was close to SPAC.
Disliked: The pool was filthy and our room had ants all over the floor and under the bed.

Liked: Room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff was friendly
Disliked: The door from the parking lot did not latch automatically unless you made an extra effort. I alerted the front desk and they said they knew. Total lack of security there. Our AC didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the smart tv wasn’t connected. We were told there was no one there that could fix things unless we were going to be there for another day. Our shower did not have soap or shampoo in the dispensers . The breakfast waffle maker broke and wasn’t available.
