We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: It was near a lot of restaurants & shopping.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped. Not a lot of room.

Relaxing

Liked: Friendly staff and neighborhood of choice.
Disliked: No on site parking.

Perfect location with wonderful employees...

Liked: Diversity among staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.That alone would be a reason that I would return.
Disliked: Gaps in our ceiling in our bathroom above our shower made us uncomfortable.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was amazing. Very nice staff as well
Disliked: Only downside is that it is on a pedestrianized street and it is tough to navigate the one way streets to find opening

Liked: No breakfast, tea and coffee
Disliked: We arrived after midnight, trying to find it was challenging,parking too.

Disappointing

Liked: Checking in took 29plus minutes, as they had only one laptop at the front desk and a clerk was assisting someone on the phone, using the laptop. Frustrating. The staff were pleasant and after 20 minutes, and after I'd asked if they had another laptop so we could be checked in, a manager did provide this and completed the process. Our room was ok, worn.
