My go to everytime!

Liked: First of all, the staff, especially Daniel. He has always been kind and respectful, as with the other staff. The rooms are always clean, bathrooms are spacious and breakfast is amazing. Been able to get early check in and outs with no problems or fees.
Disliked: Don't really care for the soap and shampoo pumps in bathtub/showers. Other than that, this is a great place for the price point and location.

Good experience

Liked: Good location in a safe part of town.
Disliked: The toilets and sinks had a hard time working properly.

Liked: To start with, we had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at The Hotel Salem. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, they truly made us feel at home. I was so touched when they surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and candies for my birthday. Special thanks to Rachel (Hotel Manager) and the whole team for such a thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special

Disliked: From what we could tell single noisy wall heater for two story townhouse unit.

Liked: Very clear room. Great breakfast, The lady that was in the breakfast room was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. I would have to say she was the only one that was though.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not friendly cold even.
