Vintage Charm in the Heart of Homestead

The Hotel Redland is a classic, historic 4-star hotel nestled in downtown Homestead, Florida. With its old-Florida character, cozy ambiance, and unbeatable location just 2 miles from Florida Keys Outlet Marketplace and less than 5 miles from Homestead-Miami Speedway, it offers a warm base for concert-goers heading to shows in the area. Enjoy free WiFi, free private parking, and an inviting on-site restaurant and bar—all in a walkable, laid-back neighborhood. Some rooms even offer balconies with city views for a relaxing wind-down after the show.

Why Concert-goers love it

Location, location, location—just minutes from major venues like Homestead-Miami Speedway and close to local dining and nightlife hotspots. Free parking makes driving in easy, and the hotel’s relaxed vibe means you can decompress after a high-energy night. With check-in starting at 3:00 PM, there’s plenty of time to settle in before heading out for the evening.

Food and Drink Options

The Hotel Redland features an on-site restaurant and bar, perfect for grabbing a bite before or after the show. While there’s no 24/7 room service, local eateries are just a short walk or drive away. The relaxed in-house dining serves up satisfying meals, and breakfast is available—ideal for those slow mornings after a late concert night.

What People Say

Guests love the friendly service, clean rooms, and the hotel’s historic charm. Many reviews highlight the convenient location for exploring both concert venues and the Florida Keys. The free parking and affordable rates are common high points, especially for event-goers on a budget.

Areas for Improvement

Some travelers mention the decor is a bit dated—but in a way that adds to the hotel's vintage vibe. The property doesn’t offer luxury extras like a pool or gym, but most concert-goers find the basics more than comfortable for a music-fueled weekend.

Classic feel

Liked: They were so nice. And the space is clearly old fashioned fancy!
Disliked: It felt a bit edgy. We were there on a night that the restaurant was closed so that was a bummer and we were the only guests so I’m not sure that our review of reflective of a typical stay. They were super nice. I would probably recommend hiding the ashtrays.

Request refund of not staying...

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: Did not stay at hotel. When went to reception no one was there. Saw one person with drink and drug in hand at corner. after not receiving any response at reception or calling on phone given on booking no one responded, we moved out figuring this is not safe place for family. Unfortunately had to find another hotel, Hilton at last resort. Ihave complained earlier and requested refund since no one responded to our call or response and found like druggist at lob by. Very disappointed at Booking .com suggesting such hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: No hot water in the shower, and the lock on the door was barely held in place with a screw.

Comfortable and perfect for a...

Liked: The Pros - comfy bed and clean, albeit small, room. The staff (basically one person) was helpful and knowledgable. We stayed on the first floor and a very good restaurant and well-stocked bar was just down the hall. But we really couldn't hear the 'noise' from the restaurant/bar.
Disliked: Hot water was iffy, but the staff assured us it would be hot in a few hours for an afternoon, pre-wedding shower. If folks want coffee you have to ask for coffee (for the coffee pot in the room). Maybe the restaurant will consider offering coffee and croissants in the morning. The staff (hotel and restaurant) is good but small, so I understand why breakfast is not offered. There's a good diner within an easy, 10 minute walk.
