Excellent location, comfortable room, but...

Liked: The location was excellent. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. There was complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacks available at reception.
Disliked: The parking available was paid parking - not included in hotel price. We also had an issue with the room cleaning - our room was not cleaned for the first few days and the toilet was broken. These issues got resolved, but our stay would have been more pleasant if they hadn't occurred.

Liked: Great stay, everything was better than expected. Super clean and wonderful restaurant attached to hotel. The location was with in walking distance to many pubs and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing to really say here. Everything was terrific !

Liked: Great location. Quiet.

Pleasant but was expecting more.

Liked: Beautiful building and furnishings.
Disliked: The homeless people 5 feet from door. The windows and front doors were all filthy and the room we had was not 4 star at all! No one even explained anything about the inclusive breakfast.
