Beautiful hotel in Portsmouth with...

Liked: We loved the location which was walkable for the whole of Portsmouth. Loved the quirky old hotel which was decorated beautifully. Great free parking. Breakfast was really nice with tasty options and it was lovely to have sparkling water available all day.
Disliked: Unfortunately the weather was really hot and we had to have a portable air conditioner in the window which lowered the temperature but the room was still quite hot and hard to sleep. We appreciated the effort.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself was beautiful, with cozy and inviting common areas that made it easy to relax! My partner and I spent one evening by the fireplace, which was a real highlight. The staff were exceptional throughout my visit: warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The location couldn’t have been better—very central and perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was another standout, with fresh products and a great selection of healthy options. Everything felt thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and comfortable experience.
Disliked: My stay was entirely positive and exceeded my expectations.
