Disliked: No hot water to shower with in the morning and the staff was less than accommodating when I related issues with the room.

Liked: Friendly front desk staffClose to downtown and Soo LocksThe elevator ran better this year. Nice grab and go breakfast.
Disliked: The low to the floor toilet. We are senior citizens and hard to get up. A bed that you needed a ladder to get into. The mixed match furniture that looked like it came from Goodwill. The hot tub had broken jets and way too noisy. Hard to find parking in lot since half the cars didn't have parking signs hanging.
