From great to terrible

Liked: Location was good. My previous stay in a room at the opposite end of the Hotel was decent.
Disliked: The shower was the worst I have ever had - poor pressure and impossible to get to the right temperature. TV picture was very unclear. Room was run down. Room was beside the road and quite noisy.

Disappointing

Disliked: We booked and paid for a kitchen unit. We were offered another unit, but we had already set things up. I had to email as the phone was not being answered.
