SO MUCH FUN! loved the...

Liked: i liked how friendly the staff was!! they treated my party like family and the stay was fantastic
Disliked: the elevator was having some issues i think, but that’s my only complaint. but honestly it wasn’t even a big deal

Other than worrisome parking, we...

Liked: The facilities, breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Parking…Parking garage was a bit sketchy with people hanging out in the parking garage smoking pot! Wasn’t very comfortable leaving my vehicle parked there overnight. Especially a convertible which is much easier to break into. Thankfully, no issues. But ended up using the parking app and paid to park on the street in front of the hotel.

Good location. Friendly staff.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Heavy doors on thin walls. Too bad!

Great value with modern updates

Liked: Able to walk downtown
Disliked: Elevators were slow

Good safe place to stay...

Liked: The room, the shower, free parking, free breakfast, very clean. Good location, no crackheads hanging around after dark.
Disliked: My only complaint was the bed, it was not very comfortable.

We absolutely loved Hotel Hot...

Liked: The hotel was located close to beautiful downtown where there are so many cute shops, wonderful restaurants and bath houses. So nice to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! The hotel staff was absolutely AMAZING from the moment we arrived!! We arrived in Hot Springs during a huge thunderstorm, pulled up in front of the hotel not knowing should we go in yet or wait out the storm when Robin (valet) ran out to help us. He was SO kind and helpful to my sister and I during our entire stay. Nick and the ladies at the front desk were super sweet and very helpful and James, the other Valet parking gentleman was just so nice and helpful, too! I can’t say enough about how kind the staff was! ❤️
Disliked: This was not the property’s fault but was the only negative thing we encountered: we just so happened to be there during a National Dance Competition in Hot Springs so there were tons of dancers and their moms staying at the hotel. That was not a problem at all, but the elevators were in very high demand much of the time so we would have a longer than usual (totally understandable!) wait in the lobby to go up to our room.

I liked staying here but...

Liked: I loved the staff, the breakfast was really good, and the location was perfect to take a stroll downtown!
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the cleanliness. In the bathroom I could see the spots they regularly clean and the spots that get missed. I also spilled a little water in the bedroom (hardwood) and when I wiped it up with a white towel, there was a lot of dirt. It’s time for a deep clean.
