Same Hotel different experience

Liked: I stayed here about 2 months ago and my experience was amazing. I was on the 14th floor and the rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable . The breakfast potatoes are really goodThe property is located in a nice area accessible to many restaurants and not too far from the ballpark.
Disliked: This was my second time staying here and I must say that I didn’t have the same experience as I did 2 months ago. I was placed on the 5th floor, the room was clean but after relaxing and watching tv for about 3 hours, cockroaches begin to fall onto the bed with one landing on me. I called the front desk, the clerk was very calm and stated “oh they’re water bugs and they come in from the side of the building but we can move you.”We were moved to the 8th floor and the beds were very squeaky and it took awhile for the room to cool down.

It was great.

Liked: The front desk staff were great. The restaurant was great and had good food as well as free breakfast each morning.
Disliked: It did not have a swimming pool and no spa.

I would stay again. Nice...

Liked: Location, view from top floor & friendly staff
Disliked: Improvement needed to cleanliness. I wipe down myself anyways but it needed to be done before I got there
